Hi,

My computer is running slow and takes forever to start up and shut down. Also loading times on programs and videos is excessively long. I've had friends and relatives put antivirus programs, and Registry removers onto my computer. Though I have a lot of icons on my desktop and I'm not sure if they are all things they've installed.
I know a few times I've accidentally clicked on ads online that have led me to sites I think were scam type sites.

I really only use my computer for Email, Web Surfing and writing things for work. I hope you can help me get it back into fighting shape.

Thanks
