Ok I am looking into the software call net tools. the reason I need it is for a lag switch that could be done to do glitches on ps3. My question is how safe is it to use. I have read alot of info online that some say that its a virus and others say its a false positive that its not a virus and the reason alot of av software detect it is because it has the same caratifists of a virus. Before i download this to use it i want to make sure that its not a really a virus can someone plz confrim on this or if anyone has heard anything about this plz

Thank you
