IE stopped working. After investigation net1host.dll file was healed and solved the IE problem but services.exe is infected and as its a system file I cannot remove it without BSOD on boot.

AVG v8.5.449 db 271.1.1/5175 "C:\Windows\System32\services.exe";"Trojan horse Patched_c.LZI";"Object is white-listed (critical/system file that should not be removed)"

I see your guys have helped others and I was hoping you could help me clean this file. I'm pretty sure I can just replace it with a local backup but you guys are more experienced with this.
