Hello!

yesterday my computer got infected with a live security infection. the pop up looks like the one in the link : http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-live-security-suite

Its blocking me from opening any browsers. So, I used my husband's laptop to download R kill and put it on my usb. Then I dragged and dropped a shortcut to the desktop on my computer, and tried to run it as per instructions in the link.

The black window opens - closes very fast (I cant even read whats on it) and then a baby blue screen appears telling me that my computer is restarting (even though the bleeping computer directions say specifically that my computer should not be rebooted). I cant do anything to prevent this, hitting escape doesnt do anything either.

What Can I do???

Edit: Moved topic from AntiVirus, Firewall and Privacy Products and Protection Methods to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal
