I downloaded and ran Combofix. It installed the recovery console, then started scanning. It identified rootkit.zeroaccess as being present. I ran combofix again just to make sure the problem was corrected. Unfortunately, I'm getting the same error message again that rootkit.zeroaccess is present. I'm using Windows XP.
