Hello. Like many others, I have been infected. Like many others, I cannot access the internet or run any other programs as that user (I am a user on a domain, running Windows 7, 64-bit). I have only been able to post this thread because I am logged onto my local machine account rather than the domain. I would like to follow the Uninstall Guide but I have a couple of questions:
1. The Uninstall Guide has been referenced many times in the forum but I can't seem to find it (embarrassing).
2. Should I be following the instructions in the Uninstall Guide from my domain account or from the local account?

Thanks very much.
