I never know where to post my issues on this site. I feel like every time I come back there's a new way of doing things haha. Hope this get's to the right people. My sister just bought a dell 4010 inspiron. it was supposedly "never opened" but i turn the thing on and it's got pops coming at me left and right. i tried go on mozilla but it won't come up. then i tried IE and that just brought on more pop ups. I restart the computer and was luckily able to get internet explorer up for a bit and i downloaded "malware bytes anti malware" i scanned the computer in normal mode and only had 1 malicious item detected. I then ran the eset online scanner and nothing came up. mozilla still does not work. internet explorer's homepage is set to this weird "inbox" website and whenever i try to download a new mozilla browser from download.com a tiny pop-up from MBAM will tell me that it just successfully blocked a potentially harmful material or something to that effect. So i'm pretty sure that there's more stuff here on the computer that wasn't picked up by those two scans in normal mode. so i need a little help figuring this whole thing out.

Thanks
