Starting about 2 days ago, when I use my mouse to click something on my computer, it appears to click twice instead of just once. It doesn't always do it, but it does it so often that it may close out 2 programs when I only meant to close 1 program. This also happened to my computer some years ago and I was able to make the double-clicking stop after doing some anti-virus scans, so I know that this is a virus and not a bad mouse. I just cannot remember what steps I took to get rid of it. Please help.
