How to change Change desktop background Windows 7 starter

Can I change desktop background with favourite picture in Windows 7 starter? May I know how to change!!

Well, theres probably a more tech way to do this...but. I just copy the photo of what I want the background to be on my desktop. Right click on on the photo and then click on "set as desktop background"

Right click on the Desktop and select Personalization
on the bottom on the dialog box hit Desktop Background and the next dialog box opens you can find Picture Location to which ever folder you want

The Windows 7 Starter edition does not include the Personalization features such as the change desktop background option.


However, there are options available, such as the use of third-party programs to achieve what you're looking to do.
