Anyone knows please answer its massively blocked attempts by svchost.exe on different ports from an ip to my computer

192.168.1.1 is most likely your router and 192.168.1.123 is probably your PC.

I researched port 2869, and found that it's used for Windows networking/firewall.

Unless you start experiencing other problems that could point to malware, I would just treat it as a false-positive and ignore it.
