My OS is windows 7x64 IE9. For some reason the action center notification flag icon has disappeared from the taskbar. I went to turn/off icons and found that it was turned off. It will not let me click on it to turn it on. I like this feature and want to enable it. It's as if you need administrative permissions. I've looked everywhere for a solution, but found none. Can anyone help?

Hello -
First - Are you logged into the computer as Adninistrator, or on another account ??
Are you the usual Administrator and have admin privilages on that computer ??

Have you fully recovered from the infection that you posted about earlier ??
Also have you updated to Win7 SP1 ?? (just not mentioned)

Thank You -
