Why is this file in Windows Temp folder flashing on and off? SBS_VE_AMBR_20120626162401.220_ 128096 I've never seen a file flash off and on like this. It has a padlock icon before it along with some other files with the same lock symbel. Security information is unknown or cannot be displayed.

I tried to upload it here to attach and it was there in the folder and then blinked off and stayed off.

I have a HP Pavilion g7 and windows 7.
