Is there any way possible that spam could be sent to your sent box? Would it have to do with trying to unsubscribe from internet sites?

If you have spam in your inbox you are infect. I would recommend you go to Preparation Guide for use before posting a HijackThis Log and follow it very carefully. When you post you HJT Log please post it to the HJT Forum so that it receive the attention it deserves. Once posted please be patient and a HJT Team Member will contact you via email responce.

Good luck.
