I am in the process of building myself a computer and I just need to know if these two pieces are compatible:

Motherboard - Asus P8H61-M LE/USB3
Graphics Card - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 SE

Thanks in advance.

Hello and :welcome:

The motherboard is equipped with 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 and the video card supports a PCIe 2.0 x16 so they should work well together.
