Both are different makes and when i booted this morning both would not work. Including in the BIOs. It seems a little strange both would stop working at the exact same time. The keyboard is wireless coming out of the back, and the mouse is plugged into the front.

Any body seen any thing like this before?

Please post more information for your computer and certain steps you have tried in resolving the problem next time and changes before the problem. Thank you. :)

I have tried nothing. Completely baffled. Using an old keyboard (not USB(purple end))works & also a hardwired USB mouse works.

What PC information would you like?
