I have an HP with a Windows 7 operating system and it will NOT connect to any wireless network at this time. I work in an office setting where all other devices are able to connect easily to the network, however my computer hasn't been able to do this in a week or so. I have tried rebooting, disconnecting, etc. I believe it may have something to do with a driver malfunctioning. Can someone please help me?!

You didn't answer my question:

Can you connect if you use wired connection (ethernet cable)?

Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:
  • Report IE Proxy Settings
  • Report FF Proxy Settings
  • List content of Hosts
  • List IP configuration
  • List Winsock Entries
  • List last 10 Event Viewer log
  • List Installed Programs
  • List Devices (do NOT change any settings)
  • List Users, Partitions and Memory size
  • List Restore Points
Click Go and post the result.

in that case disconnect ethernet cable before running MiniToolbox.
Enable wireless (working or not).
You can reconnect ethernet cable afterwards.
