1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) You can't delete some of WHAT files?

I don't know when my pc has started to slow because I thought the files I save like pictures or movies is slowing it down,
so I started to erase some of it and even uninstall some files but still the same. Later, it just suddenly shutdown I don't know if it's long usage of pc because this didn't happen before so I tried not to use much of the pc.

Another thing is I can't delete some files I think from those that I downloaded. It just prompt me Could not find this item. But still
until now it's still here. I just want to get rid of some unwanted files and make my pc run like new again.

Thanks!

Deleting files will not make your computer fun faster unless your hd is essentially full. The number of files on your hd is not related to performance.

What types of files did you download? Have you checked for malware? If not, please fun full scans with BOTH your anti virus app as well as MalwareBytes

Good day!

I have run malwarebytes and so there are malicious software found such as PUP, Trojan Agent, trojan FakeAlert so would it be ok if
I just directly removed it all right away?

I've asked that this thread be moved to the appropriate forum. Please wait for a malware specialist to respond.
