My computer is running Windows 7 Professional and has avast free edition 7 installed. When i rebooted my computer after installing it says AvastUI.exe- Application Error: The instruction at blank referenced memory at blank. The memory could not be written. Please help!!!

I would just not bother with Avast, non-troublesome alternatives are available (MSE, Avira Free, etc.).

Ok I will try avira free because avast is getting me angry. Hopefully Avira has better protection.
