I use Windows Live Mail and have had no problems until this afternnon.
After scanning with my anti virus and finding all was well(!) I suddenly found that my Mail "Home" page had changed. I no longer have the lists on the left hand side stating : Inbox, Sent, Junk Mail Deleted or the Folders where I keep e-mail for future reference. All I have is a much larger Inbox page with all the incoming mail.
I need the old format and would really appreciate your help in finding it!
I have :
Windows 7 IE 9 AVG Anti Virus Free Edition MalwareBytes AntiMalware SuperAntiSpyware Professional CCleaner
Location:My own little corner of the universe (somewhere in Alabama). It's OK, they know me here

I've looked and can't see anything that would help get them back.
The only thing I can suggest is to see if there are any arrows next to the words Inbox, Sent, etc. If one of them does have an arror click it to see if the folders have somehow become sub-folders of any of those.
If they are there you can drag them to the top and drop into your account name to have them where you want them.
Normally(!) I know why something happens but in this case it's a mystery. They just vanished. Oh, after running an anti-virus scan with AVG (free version). All was well. Can't see why AVG should affect my mail folders. The latter are ones I created to keep various e=mail messages.
THANK YOU anyway, for trying to help me ; much appreciated.
