Hi All,

Having issue with my pc and not sure what is up. I suspect I have some sort of virus. Everything was fine until a couple of days ago when I opened firefox and the pc just froze. I tried Ctrl+Alt+Delete to see what was goin on and close firefox but the pc would not respond. After a couple of mins I forced a shutdown with the power button and restarted. Same thing happened when I tried firefox again but after a few mins MS Security Essential popped up saying it was not turned on. I forced another shutdown and the same thing happened again however I then got a blue screen saying some serious problem with my computer. I think I may have picked something of my work server as I was connected to the VPN that day and some mailware attacked our website at work and it has not been detected yet.

I have scanned with MS security Essential which detected 5 viruses and Mailwarebytes which didnt pick up anything else.

I am using Chrone browser at the moment which does seem slow also but at least it works.

Anyhow, hopefully someone can advise on what to do next. Thanks

I have gotten plenty of viruses, some were able to be removed with a free anti-virus but most haven't, for the pesky viruses I turn to http://yourpcoptimizers.com to remove them. Hope I've helped.
