<<also my system restore is not working>>

Please post the exact error message that appears when you try using SR.

What model Compaq system is this?

<<when i turned on my ups then cpu automaticaly giving beebs like beeb...beeb>>

Try booting into safe mode...do you get beep codes?

Does the system now boot in normal mode? Exactly what is the booting problem...that you state in your title?

You have had (per your reported data) 3 BSODs within a 3-month period...these could have been caused by various items, not just a single thing gone wrong.

You started a malware topic in July which you dropped...I cannot say that you have or had malware present, since you did not respond to that topic.

The boot issue you raised here is a non-issue.

It's difficult to tell what may have caused your BSODs...because literally nothing has been eliminated as a possible cause.

Please download MiniToolBox , save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size.

Click Go and paste the content into your next post.

Also...please Publish a Snapshot using Speccy - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic323892.html/page__p__1797792#entry1797792 .

I highly suggest that you immediately remove all software you have installed...which is connected to Glary , http://www.glarysoft.com/ .

After removal of same...run the chkdsk /r command. Start/Run...type chkdsk /r and hit Enter. Type Y in new screen and hit Enter. Reboot.

The command will run, booting into Windows when complete.

I will also suggest that...if you've been using uTorrent to download illegal software which is installed...that you be aware that such is a security risk. I've posted the following from a topic here regarding uTorrent:

"I noticed that you have uTorrent installed.

•Avoid gaming sites, pirated software, cracking tools, keygens, and peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing programs.

•They are a security risk which can make your computer susceptible to a smörgåsbord of malware infections, remote attacks, exposure of personal information, and identity theft. Many malicious worms and Trojans spread across P2P file sharing networks, gaming and underground sites.

•Users visiting such pages may see innocuous-looking banner ads containing code which can trigger pop-up ads and malicious Flash ads that install viruses, Trojans and spyware. Ads are a target for hackers because they offer a stealthy way to distribute malware to a wide range of Internet users.

•The best way to reduce the risk of infection is to avoid these types of web sites and not use any P2P applications.
It is pretty much certain that if you continue to use P2P programs, you will get infected again.
I would recommend that you uninstall uTorrent, however that choice is up to you. If you choose to remove these programs, you can do so via Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.
"

I don't see any AV installed, which also is a negative security factor for your system. I don't believe that the online scanner you have installed...is an alternative for having a reliable AV program installed, updated, and running. But...that's just my opinion.

Louis
