Very bad virus, need help soon please!

So yesterday at around 11 pm, a friend asked me to find something that could 'steal' his skin on a game called minecraft because he didn't have the file (Not important). So i googled "Minecraft skin stealer" In hopes that it would give me a simple software to get me my friends "skin". Anyways, i found one, and people DID say there were a virus, but it was a very mixed opinion and i decided to down load it. I then opened it and ran it, and after 1 click i found myself with instant lag and the screen/desktop started filling with tiny little blue squiggles (Like this ~~~ ~~~) and Then after a few moments went into a blue and white zig-zagged screen. I instantly knew i had a virus, and turned off the computer, but i didn't know how bad it was. I tried getting back on normally, but the first screen with all the black backround with white wording, (Like system restore) I got like alot of the same words over and over again littered all over the screen (something like tdjsl-j)All the same word,but all over the screen. I tried a system restore to the day before then, 3 days ago / wednesday july 18,2012 and although it worked for a few minutes, it once again, all those little blue squiggles popped up on the screen THEN the zigzagged screen. I then tried researching abit, and decided i'de run it in safe mode with networking and using my AVG 2012 safe mode anti-virus. Now that seemed to get out a few virus's (Maybe 6 or 7) but after having done that, it asked for a restart, and worked properly for just a few minutes in normal mode untill Blue squiggle, zig-zag, etc. I then tried safe-mode with malwarebytes and that actually DID work for quite awhile, around 2 hours, my computer worked virus free, and i was starting to think it was gone, then it hit AGAIN, and my hopes went down quite abit. At this point, in safe mode, not only do the squiggly's come up, but now yellow lines flow down the screen as well. I finally tried a few more anti-virus softwares like AVAST and they got out a few viruses, but now it won't even return to normal without the crashing. I'm so troubled and quite scared, i really need help from a professional at this point because i'm out of ideas. By the way, i'm 17, and is running an 7 year old XPS 720 With (I think) 2003 windows xp. PLEASE help! I feel like the virus is getting stronger because even now, the amount of numbers at the start up screen with system restore are FLOODING with the numbers and i don't know what to do! I will post pictures from my phone or a screen shot if needed.

Let me add abit more info to what is happening at this point, and what i can do to help YOU help ME. First off, the systems abit slower now, and i've knowticed more programs not responding. secoundly, i didn't say above, that some screens like the dell startup screen is marked with blue and yellow dots. Another thing is that some of my files after having run AVG in safe-mode are coming up :"Locked File. Not Tested."

Those are a few virus's cleaned from it in a log from "Avast!"

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue. Run them in Safe Mode if you cannot do it in Normal Mode.

Once the proper logs are created, then post them in a reply to this topic by using the Add Reply button.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the post and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the reply and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.

Please note that I am not a member of the Malware Removal Team and will not be assisting you in removing the infection. I'm simply helping you to post the information they need in order to assist you.

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan again:

  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links if you no longer have it available. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explanation about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.

We also need a new log from the GMER anti-rootkit Scanner.

Please note that if you are running a 64-bit version of Windows, you should not bother creating a GMER log.

Please first disable any CD emulation programs using the steps found in this topic:
