my friend roman is not the smartest computer friendly guy. so when he changed his user password to log onto his computer lets just say he was conpuzzled lol i tried to help him but i live far away now and its like talking to a wall and partly because i don't know how to answer his problem anyone who could help me and my lost friend? :thumbsup:

Has he tried logging in as Admin and changing his user password?
