Anyone come across this?...Not only did the FBI virus disable regular mode, but it took over safe mode with and without networking...Can't even get to a windows screen.. I will say my customers already fell prey to the virus and sent them $200.00. Maybe that's why safe mode isn't even an option for removing the virus..Any thoughts?

Hello, if you still need help with this issue, please let me know what version of Windows this is and if you tried the Administrator account in Safe Mode.

regards, Elise
