Hello-

I am wondering if anyone knows of a registry hack for the following:

When I download a file I get the standard windows download box with it opened to show "Less Information" with the option to choose for the dialog box to list "More Information". The default setting here is to show "Less Information". I would like to change it so the default is to open it with the "More Information" option. Anyone know of a registry hack that will accomplish this? I found a few things Googling but they seemed a bit shady. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I haven't looked the hack for the file download dialog box,.However I have used "tweaks" to enable rdp and force services. You can test the registry in vm or create a registry backup and restore point and start probing away. Keep good notes or screen shots of changes its easy to get lost and not be able to find your way back. Registry tweaks make a network admins job easier and the network safer.
