My IP Being blocked by CSI Cloudmark but no one else?

I am a Web Host and have a few companies hosted for their websites and email. Twice now, once my email and once recently a clients, undeliverable email has returned mentioning SMTP Error and RBL Restriction with my server's IP address. I'm on a VPS server.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

When this happened to me, I went to http://csi.cloudmark.com/en/reset/ and submitted my information to have my IP removed from their list. I checked all the other blacklists and I was not on any of them. I read thru Cloudmark's FAQ stating that my IP may not be on any other list, blah blah blah. Shortly after my submission my outgoing email started working again.

Then, I find out today that one of my clients is receiving similar returned email messages (see the one above). I submitted the request once again. But, I'm perplexed. I only have maybe 10 clients on my host server and myself. I know none of my clients are spamming. What can I do to help eliminate the problem overall?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You may not send spam, but do you have advertising of any kind contained on your site that may be forwrded with an email ??
