My keyboard stopped working.

I came home today and my pc was sleeping. I hit the spacebar and returned. It did not wake up. I moved the mouse and noticed the number lock, caps lock, and scroll lock were flickering. I jiggled the plug and nothing changed I unplugged and plugged back in and the lights stopped. I grabbed another and tried it and all the lights stayed lit but still did not work. My wife said she used it this morning with no problems. I looked in the device manager and don't see the keyboard section at all. When in the control panel I open the keyboard and go to properties and all sections are blank. I am running vista. I placed this in internal hardware cause I assumed it was something inside.
