Hi -
You are correct with Flash player, version 11, but have you checked in Control Panel > Add / Remove that this is the only version installed ?
Please look to make sure that it is listed -

Thank You -

Visit their site download Flashplayer, check for updates, and see what is in Add / Remove

Then try a video again and see if the update stayed,

Okay I have downloaded it again and it is showing in the add/remove programs. BUT now when I try to watch the youtube music number I get this message.
The Adobe Flash Player or an HTML5 browser is required. Well I have the latest Adobe Flash Player so something must be out of order...??

On my W7 laptop no problems.

Okay I have solved the problem and should have thought of it earlier myself..??? I clicked on tools/internet options/advanced/reset. Bingo I was back in business the flash player was working again as it should.

Thanks for your time Noknojon... :thumbup2:
