My problem can be found in more detail in the first entry of this topic: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic460153.html
I had created another topic with a DDS Log, but I think no one has read it because I had added a reply to it, not knowing that the Malware Response Team may believe I am already being helped.
Anyways, here is the DDS Log. (I have a 64-bit OS, so GMER didn't seem to work.)

Hello, Welcome to BleepingComputer.
I'm nasdaq and will be helping you.

If you can please print this topic it will make it easier for you to follow the instructions and complete all of the necessary steps.
===

Please download ComboFix from any of the links below, and save it to your desktop. For information regarding this download, please visit this web page: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix

Link 1
Link 2

* IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop

IMPORTANT....

1. Close any open browsers.

2. Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

3. Do not install any other programs until this if fixed.

How to : Disable Anti-virus and Firewall...
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html

Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • When finished, it will produce a report for you.
  • Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt
Note:
Do not mouse click ComboFix's window while it's running. That may cause it to stall

Note: If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link --> http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html
===

Third party programs if not up to date can be the cause infiltration of an infection.

Please run this security check for my review.

Download Security Check by screen317 from here.
  • Save it to your Desktop.
  • Double click SecurityCheck.exe and follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
  • A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.
===

Note: If after running ComboFix you get this error message "Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion." when attempting to run a program all you need to do is restart the computer to reset the registry.

Please post the logs for my review and let me know what problem persists.

Hi, nasdaq. Thank you for taking the time to help me out. The Google redirects don't seem to be occurring as often as they did before, although yesterday I believe I did end up getting redirected on one of my searches. I haven't been redirected today because I barely did any searches, but I'm guessing I still have this redirect problem.

Here is the ComboFix log:

Secure your system by updating 3rd party programs.

Your version of Java is outdated and needs to be updated to take advantage of fixes that have eliminated security vulnerabilities.

Check your present version and update as recommended.

If present remove the old version(s) of Java using the Add/Remove Programs applet.

Critical vulnerabilities have been identified in Adobe Flash Player v11.3.300.264 and earlier versions... being exploited in the wild in active targeted attacks...

Get the latest Flash Player

On the top of the page you will be given an opportunity to download the version for your operating system.
Make sure you select appropriate version.

You will also have an option to install the Free! McAfee Security Scan Plus Un-check the box if you are NOT using McAfee's virus protection software.

For the users of Internet Explorer download version 11.

Get the latest version of the Adobe Reader.
http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Before your download I suggest you unckeck the box on the top right "Include in your download" this is not required. While the installation is in progress you can also deny the installation of any other programs that may be suggested.

When installed remove your old version of the Reader using the Add/Remove Programs applet if present.

All right. So, apparently, I couldn't find a lot of information on rezip.exe, but according to this link: http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/51018/ (scroll down to the comments section) rezip.exe is a service added to Samsung computers. Since my computer is Samsung, I'm guessing rezip.exe is not a problem. I've updated my Windows Service Pack and Adobe Reader. I found that Java is already up-to-date, and I could find no older versions of Java in Add/Remove Programs. I downloaded the recommended Adobe Flash Player version for IE, but for Firefox, I have left the Flash Player to version 11.2.202.235 since there have been problems of freezing and crashing with the newest version. I've also completed what you have told me to do with CMD. I've yet to reset my wireless router. So far, I've experienced no redirects, but I'm not positive that the problem is resolved. Thank you for your help, and I'll notify you if the redirecting issue persists.

P.S. When I copied pasted the link about rezip.exe in my reply, instead of the link that you see above, this link was pasted instead: www.wwwy.com/fi.freefixer.com/librarle/51018/ I'm positive that when I copied the link, I had copied the one I posted above. I'm not sure if I accidentally typed in some extra letters, which seems highly unlikely, but it appears that the incorrect link was a possible form of a redirect. I'll see if this means that the redirecting problem still exists.

I went to the site you gave me
http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/51018/

Copied the link and it was the same.
http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/51018/

I when to
http://www.wwwy.com/fi.freefixer.com/librarle/51018/
and got WWWY.COM link.

go to this site again.
http://www.freefixer.com/library/file/51018/

Right click on the URL and copy the link.

Do you still get this link?

www.wwwy.com/fi.freefixer.com/librarle/51018/

Then it's some kind of redirection.

p.s. did you execute my last instructions from this line?

If the redirection continue, execute this.

Try this test:

Go top any URL that you normally go to.

Copy the URL and see if the suffix www.wwwy.com is added to your link.

What had happened was the first time I copied the link, it was pasted as the wwwy.com URL. But on the second try, the link was correct, and I was able to paste the correct link in my earlier reply. So far, the link being changed when I copy and paste it has not happened again, and there have been no redirects as well. Also, I did execute what you told me to do with Command Prompt. I'll keep you posted and will inform you if anything happens.

May be all that was required is a restart.

If all is well:

Time for some housekeeping

The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:

Click Start > Run and copy/paste the following bold text into the Run box and click OK:
