Yet another problem for me.

I cannot seem to set the default sound device from my laptop speakers to my headphones. When I do, it resets it automatically. The same things happens when I try to change it on the notification area of the taskbar. My friend used this computer yesterday so I do not know if he accidentally clicked something he wasn't supposed to. There is also a little green icon with an image of a phone next to the name of my headphones that never used to be there before. Here is an image:

What should I do?

EDIT: I disabled my laptop speakers and they disappeared from the device list. My headphones now remain the default device, but how do I bring back my laptop speakers if they don't show up?
