I downloaded Cybercam, but it won't install properly. I get a message which says Control+Alt+F11 and F12 It may be already reserved by another application. I don't know what this means. all that appears is a panel and a smaller panel with lots of buttons. Has anyone any ideas please.

It means you have another application that uses Ctrl+Alt+F11. What applications do you currently have open and running in the background?

Click start. Type "msconfig" (without quotes) in the search. go to the startup tab, and tell me what is says is starting up. most of the times you cannot see the startup programs in the task bar.

Everything is enabled. There are 22 items. I don't know how to take a screen shot of them. I will write them out for you if necessary.

The reason I ask is to see if we can find another application that uses those combo of buttons.

To print screen that one window just click the window and click Alt+PrtScn.

When you press alt+PrtScr it works just like any other print screen. You have to place it in MSpaint or something similar.

I've got it in paint. I don't know how to get it into the reply box. As you can see I am not good with the computer.

Okay well we will try to kill 2 birds with one stone here. Go ahead and just type out all the start up programs that you have on, post them, then disable ALL the startup programs and see if that fixes you issue.

Dear King of Sand,
Appears to have installed. I now have a box with a grey background with a small panel with several buttons. I am not able to see a picture from the built in camera. Also when I click on the icon, the installation process start again.
