Can I run Unhide on my XP Gateway even if I don't seem to be having a problem, or do I use this program only if I have an infection?

Unhide.exe - A introduction as to what this program does

In short, unhide.exe is not a malware cleaner. It is a tool designed to undo specific types of damage only.
So no need to run it.
