Make A Usb From Removable Sto. To A Harddrive

I got this USB but I don't want it to act like a REMOVABLE STORAGE... I believe there is a way because some of my other USB (which are much smaller) act like Hard Drives
The biggest pain in this world is Debuging!!

To my knowledge there is no way to make an external USB Drive a fixed drive.
