Infected with SolutionAV | normal boot slow and then unusable

The computer takes around 30min to book into normal mode. After icons appear the system is unusable. Nothing happens when I click on the icons. The first time I ran Malwarebytes and SAS they returned some infections. One of them was SolutionAV. Malwarebytes and SAS said they got rid of the infections. In safe mode, Malwarebytes and SAS do not show any infection now. I have ran TDSSkiller. It shows 5 unsigned files and a suspicious TDSS possibility. When I ran GMER, it finished and said there were no system modifications. The ark log file was empty. I have attached the Attach log to this post. Here is the DDS:
