I have a new Hp Pavilion Computer and I keep getting a I/O Error when trying to download pictures from my Digimax Samsung S500 Camera, the Digimax Software won't work either.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

>>the Digimax Software won't work either.<<
Uninstall the software and try to reinstall it again -
If you can not do this, then contact the makers or dealers for better advice -

Page 1. Transfer steps for Windows 7 PC

To transfer images from your camera to your Windows 7 PC, follow these steps:

Connect your camera to your PC using the USB cable.

And more. Step 2 you may not get the pop up and may have to open my computer to open the camera. I suggest reading the whole page.

I hope this helps
