I tried downloading a printer from it's disk and when a got done it said it could not download because of a fatal error. No firewall which I can't start in any fashion of fixes: Mr Fixit registry cleaners and driver updates nor replacements. What I did get was this. I have no idea what to do with nor what it is. Maybe you could tell me what it means and what I can do to use or defuse:

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.

Make sure the following options are checked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.

I can't understand this part... Do you mean download then install a driver?

HP photosmart premium printer c410f

According from the HP printer support site model, the C410F is not even listed.
