I don't see much there.

What browser do you use?
Did you try different browser?

Do you have other computers connected to the same router?
Do they connect fine?

Did you try wired connection?

Well, we've been trying to establish what's going on so we have to try one thing at a time.

I have not tried wired connection,

Please do so.

Im sorry, i cannot afford to pay for a wired connection, and the possibility of getting one is slight, i encountered this problem months ago, and i remember that this forum solved that problem. i think he let me run some diagnostic tool. as i remember it was OTL, something like that,

OTL is not allowed in this forum.

Are you saying that you're using someone else connection?

how come the one who responded to my problem made me used that tool?
No, im not using someones connection, im paying for my own bandwidth and i have a contract with the ISP for two years, so if i would get wired connection i would be paying double.

I don't understand.
You must have a modem/router then.
All it takes is to get ethernet cable, connect it to modem/router and see if you have same issues.

here's the link of the thread that made me used OTL.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic445891.html/page__p__2628229#entry2628229

i have a router, the Ethernet cable is always connected to the router because i don't have a wireless LAN card on my PC.
