So im on firefox like normal it freezes like it sometimes does ok..

I re-click on it my computer starts flipping out about how their was a disc corrupted and im not able to start my computer up also i think it was a blue screen of death.

I have to re install windows and wipe my computer to fix the problem.

I start with fresh windows i had to manually re install the driver from a disc to get my internet to work again for some reason..

Now here's the weirdest part of all i can start google chrome (what im using now) with no problems easily and it works as well as it normally would. But the moment i start using firefox and now that i tested it also internet explorer the program freezes after using it for a bit then if i try to use it again my computer crashes but now it dosent crash to the point i have to wipe and re install windows.

also a blue screen error happens when i try to do a full scan on malwarebyes

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CHKDSK it brings up something like this after it does blue screen and restarts

please can someone help me im really worried because i just bought this gaming computer and i dont want it to go die on me

I have to re install windows and wipe my computer to fix the problem.

This is unusual, as a complete wipe/reinstall is never generally required -

What do you remember about these times of the blue screens -

Sadly, the f4 BSOD code can mean a variety of things, that is the most common error code that windows gives you when it really doesn't know what the problem is.

Use Internet Explorer 9 to run these tests, rather than F/Fox -
These tips will probably bring up zilch results, but it's always worth a shot at them:
Run a full disk check and scf /scannow

In addition, make sure all your drivers for your hardware are up to date. You can check for updates by going to the Start button > type "devmgmt.msc" without the quotations into the search box > locate your hardware on the left side of the window, expand it by clicking the small arrow next to the hardware's icon, and right-click the entry and select Update Driver Software.
You could list the Make and Model of computer and post a snapshot with Speccy as this may give us a bit more to look at -
Publish a Snapshot using Speccy =<<Follow These Directions

Our Blue Screen guy is very busy and may not get to this post, but we will try to do what we can -

well i have cleared the hard drive 3 times to test...

usually it starts with one program then over time as i use other programs they cause it to blue screen as well...

i was told in another forum to try doing CHKDSK /R i did so and at the end it said please wait for computer to restart..

well instead of restarting i got a blue screen then i unable to stay on the computer for more then 3 minutes without it blue screening causing me to have to reinstall windows again to atleast have a computer that works to a extent

im wondering if it has something to do with the hardware possibly..

and if it is do you think possibly its a part i can slip back in or do you think a part itself might have to replaced like the hard drive?

my computer is still under warranty so i think i might just ship it to see if they can fix it because on another forum i asked this question on people were suggesting it might be a hard drive/even a memory problem.

they also said that more then likely it has nothing to do with viruses/spyware/software related and due to the drive being messed up..
