1) Replace the battery on the motherboard
2) Go into bios and reset the boot order so the hard drive is the first device

If the problem persists you'll need to run a diagnostic on the hd

Again, move the hard drive to the top of the list, save the changes, reboot.

And please stop posting in ALL CAPS - it's the online equivalent of yelling. Thank you.

Did you save the change in bios when you exited? If it won't start, are you getting a different error message? Exactly what is happening? Please provide some information for us to work with.

Go back and make sure the HDD is listed as the first device in the boot order - that message indicates it is not. And did you replace the battery on the motherboard?

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Hard Drive Diagnostics:
Run hard drive diagnostics: http://www.tacktech.com/display.cfm?ttid=287 (or http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=28744&hl=hard+drive+diagnostic)
Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), to make the CD bootable.
For Toshiba hard drives, see here: http://sdd.toshiba.com/main.aspx?Path=ServicesSupport/FujitsuDrivesUSandCanada/SoftwareUtilities#diagnostic

Note : If you do not know how to set your computer to boot from CD follow the steps HERE
