Hello !

I decided to use a guest Password when creating an Album in Photobucket, but
when I go to see if it works it just takes me directly to the Image, without need of a password.

If I am not mistaken, this should work from the guest PC, but also I entered the direct link in an internet social group, then tried to acsee what my guest would access, .
and still takes me directly to the Image, again, without need of a password ?

Also, I tried to find the solution to this, but I think I googled the wrong key words,

anyway I found the following, ( and is all about hacking one;s way into a private Photobucket album;

Anyone have any idea of what we are looking at here in regards to protect privacy, etc. ?

No, . . I re-saved it used the custom site but from here(my PC), there was no call for a password, I am having a friend check it to see if it is different from another PC

If that is not correct i will return and let chizz know.

The other part makes me feel like I am at any time at the Mercy of Federal Felsn who like to pry open what I am led to believe is private and secure.

Most likely due to your computers settings for internet browsing such as cookies etc meant that you didnt have to use the password, but anyone else from a different computer would have to, and if you cleared cache/temp internet files/cookies then you too would have to use the password.

Yea, I agree.

The reason for the guest pw is so you can share it with others whilst keeping it out of the mainstream
