Hi

I just started my laptop this morning to discover the %hs missing error on the bsod. I did a google search and discovered that a fix is very distinct for each pc. I am experienced in computing but very cautious about the main systems so please help with great detail. I have a Lenovo y560 running on win7 64 bit. I will attach the frst64 log to this post.

Thanks for your help.
Rick

Hello rick robins,

Welcome to the forum.

Please copy and paste the logs instead of attaching unless otherwise requested.

Open notepad (Start =>All Programs => Accessories => Notepad). Please copy the entire contents of the code box below. (To do this highlight the contents of the box, right click on it and select copy. Right-click in the open notepad and select Paste). Save it on the flashdrive as fixlist.txt

start
HKLM\...\RunOnce: [*Restore] C:\windows\system32\rstrui.exe /RUNONCE [296960 2009-07-13] (Microsoft Corporation)
SubSystems: [Windows] ATTENTION! ====> ZeroAccess
C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_32\Desktop.ini
C:\Windows\assembly\GAC_64\Desktop.ini
end

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on that particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system

Now please enter System Recovery Options and select Command Prompt.

Run FRST and press the Fix button just once and wait.
The tool will make a log on the flashdrive (Fixlog.txt) please post it to your reply.

Also restart boot normally and tell me how it went.
