trojan attack

Hello every one,
I infected by a Trojan just yesterday morning, when I open an attachment from a mail to request inquiry.
Once open it I find it is a Trojan and I disconnected from internet, unfortunately windows security essential could not recognize and I start to download other antivirus like Kaspersky, and it find it very fast and deleted, but I am not sure exactly this trojan still working or not, then I check more and download hijack this to make sure.
Now I will be appreciated if any one help me to check the analyze log file
