Hi there JFB210.

Before we continue i would like to alert you that you have 007 spy software installed on your computer. I have found the following infomation on the program and you can use google to find more detailed analysis if you wish:

"007 Spy Software is a stealthy computer monitoring software which allows you to secretly record all activities of computer users and automatically deliver logs to you via Email or FTP, including all areas of the system such as email sent, Web sites visited, every keystroke (including login/password of ICQ, MSN, AOL, AIM, and Yahoo Messenger or Webmail), file operations, online chat conversation, and take screen snapshot at set intervals just like a surveillance camera directly point at the computer monitor. "

I would like to ask you whether or not you have installed this program intentionally - if not we need to start removing it, but if you did purposely install it i will ignore it when we come to fixing the machine. The Fatal Error with spybot is most likely caused by this program also.

So basically my question is firstly whether you are aware that this file is on your system, and secondly if you wish to remove it. Of course my recommendation is to remove it - most Antivirus companies classify the program as adware and as being dangerous. Also the main problem you were concerned about should be fixed if we get rid of the program.

If you decide to uninstall it, please follow the instructions below:
  • First thing you need to do is to execute the program - look in your list of programs in the start menu and look for the main 007 spy software executable. Then double click to open it.
  • 2) You may find that after opening the program nothing happens. If this is the case the program is hidden from view. Please simultaneously press the "Ctrl", "Alt", "Shift and "F7" key to make the program visible.
  • 3) You can easily uninstall 007 Spy by simply clicking on the "Uninstall Now" button in the "Advanced Option" window of the 007 Spy, then follow the program's instruction.
Now reboot your computer after the uninstallation and post a new HijackThis log.
