Not all base providers entries could be in winstock catalog....reset needed..

. What is that in reference too?

Not all base service provider entries could be found in the winsock catalog. A reset is needed

Before you do anything create a restore point just in case.


You Can try This:

netsh winsock reset is useful command that you can use in Microsoft Windows to reset winsock catalog back to default setting or clean state. You can try this if you are having following Internet access or networking problems but still failing to resolve the problem after trying all other suggestions.

Windows repair tool
Repair Winsock & DNS Cache

Checkmark Restart System When Finished option
Save any data in open programs.
click the Start button
