I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I can't get windows updates.

Hi,
check with your antivirus software if it is controlling firewall.
make sure you allow updates thru firewall

Download Farbar Service Scanner to your desktop.

  • Open the program.
  • Put a check mark on all boxes.
  • Then click "Scan".
  • Post the log file of the scan.
