I have had an issue the past week with my computer both loading and shutting down and I also have an issue with hiccups during gaming...

I have downloaded Malwarebytes and Superantispyware to see if that would help clean things up but the problem still persists, I have also attempted to update all my drivers via windows 7 option

Im just not sure where to go from here, Even though It is all rather outdated hardware, I am still new to troubleshooting errors so any help would be greatly appreciated

computer specs:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 not overclocked
2x 2GB Mushkin Enhanced Redline DDR2 Ram
2x 2GB corsair DDR2 Ram
EVGA Superclocked GeForece GTX 560 Ti

Antec High Current Gamer 900w PSU
Western Digital Raptor 160GB 10000RPM (Dont remember exact one)

Hello -
Could you please be a bit more "specific" as to the exact problems that you are having / had during the past week.

"Issue with loading / shutting down" can mean many things, and "hiccups during gaming" is very vague also -

Have you run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r (both at least twice), made sure you Defragged your system, run Disc Cleanup, cleaned the inside of your computer and fans, and if you feel that it may help, attempted a System Restore to a time prior to these "problems" starting ??
Please download MiniToolBox, save it to your desktop and run it.

Checkmark the following checkboxes:

•Flush DNS
•Report IE Proxy Settings
•Reset IE Proxy Settings
•Report FF Proxy Settings
•Reset FF Proxy Settings
•List content of Hosts
•List IP configuration
•List last 10 Event Viewer log
•List Installed Programs
•List Users, Partitions and Memory size.
•List Minidump Files

Click Go and post the result (Result.txt). A copy of Result.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run.
Copy and Paste the results back here -
Note: When using "Reset FF Proxy Settings" option Firefox should be closed.

Thank You -
