Each time Java automatically updates my e-mail program, the latest version of AT&T, crashes and I can no longer view any clips on youtube. I restore the system to a point before the last update and everything works fine until the next update, which is usually a matter of hours. Any ideas?

I see that you have both Norton and McAfee applications installed, I would recommend that you pick one and remove the other. Having 2 Anti-Virus applications installed at once can cause issues.

Also what is your default browser?

AT&T Webmail probably works better in IE.

I use Firefox. I'll delete the McAfee program. I've been using that e-mail program for a while with no problem until the last week or so. I access it through Yahoo. I can still use an older version of AT&T Webmail, just not the latest.
Thanks so much for your very prompt reply!

What version of Firefox?

McAfee Removal Tool to make sure it is completely gone.

Apparently I was wrong about the 8.0.1. When I try to upgrade, it tells me my firefox is up to date.
