I am putting an unused Compaq Presario SR1103WM up for sale soon. I want sell it with the programs on it...but not files. I have Deleted the files, but how can I thoroughly remove files so they will never be found...or do I need to completely Wipe the HD? Will this remove the OS and everything? Thanks for your advice!

Does it still have the Factory Recovery partition on it? If so just use that, and put it on the market.

I already did the Factory Restore...I am hoping that is enough. Thank you!

It should be enough, and for good measure, I would make the media just in case and include that in the sale.
