Don't know what's up with this but my laptop can't seem to access websites via web browser. It just shows "loading" forever then eventually times out. Also, Windows reports that it does have internet access and I can ping sites successfully. DNS also appears to be working correctly.

Here's the very strange part: It only happens on 1 WiFi network, my main one. I have a separate router I use for testing/experimenting and it works perfectly on it..

Here is what I've tried:
-Changing wireless channel in router
-Changing Wireless security type / disable wireless security
-Changed Wireless SSID to something different
-Disabled all anti virus and firewall programs
-Run ipconfig commands to flush dns and release/renew IPs. I've also run commands to reset IP and WinSock.
-Manually set a static IP in the same subnet and configured different DNS servers (my own, Google, and OpenDNS)

It's nothing wrong with the router as 4 other devices are using it fine. Below are logs from Minitoolbox and FSS.

First job is - Run sfc /scannow and then chkdsk /r from Elevated Command prompt
M/soft FIXITs for wuaueng.dll, Or else try This One, as both were listed -
Another M/soft Fixit for repair of mpssvc.dll

Your problems appear to all relate to these 4 .dll items -
C:\Windows\System32\tcpip.sys
C:\Windows\System32\dnsrslvr.dll
C:\Windows\System32\mpssvc.dll
C:\Windows\System32\wuaueng.dll

If sfc /scannow will not find or repair the 4 .dll items in the FSS scan, try some of these methods -

To fix C:\Windows\system32\dnsapi.dll, firstly reboot into the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, then (where D:\ is the Windows install CD-ROM);
expand D:\i386\dnsapi.dl_ C:\Windows\system32\dnsapi.dll
expand D:\i386\dnsrslvr.dl_ C:\Windows\system32\dnsrslvr.dll

Reboot and you should find that nslookup, ping, Internet Explorer etc is now functioning as expected.
Note : Under normal Windows, the command is 'extract' to extract a CAB file (the .sy_ or .dl_ files). Under the Recovery Console, the command is 'expand'.

Next -
1. Update your Java version here: http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp It should be Version 7 Update 5 now -
Note: UNCHECK any pre-checked toolbar and/or software offered with the Java update. The pre-checked toolbars/software are not part of the Java update.

2. Now, we need to remove old Java version and its remnants...
Download JavaRa to your desktop and unzip it.
•Run JavaRa.exe (Vista/Win 7 users! Right click on JavaRa.exe, click Run As Administrator), pick the language of your choice and click Select.
Then click Remove Older Versions.
•Accept any prompts.

Thanks for the reply. I will try what you posted above but one thing that seems to be a temporary fix - the problem does not happen when using WPA-PSK wireless security..Only on WPA2-PSK. I changed my router to accept both WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK and it appears to be working OK. All devices default to WPA2-PSK but I'm able to manually change it on that laptop...

I'll report back with the MS FixIts (and Recovery Console) for the DLLs. Hopefully that'll get it fixed up and I can go back to WPA2 again.

I'm not sure why you need to replace the files. All those files are legitimate. You may upload the files to www.virustotal.com and verify it.FSS would verify company name alone unless MD5 details of the those files are added to tool database.

When did this issue start? Did you try updating your wireless driver?
