Create a program to sing Happy Birthday

Does anyone know how to create a program that will sing "Happy Birthday" in python or in other programming?

Since a computer can't 'sing' I presume you mean to either play a sound file, or create a midi file that mimics the song?

You give me the details of who's birthday it is and any graphics you want adding and any particular midi or wav you what is to play and I'll make you an app in VB6.

It takes 5 secondsto make such program in C using PlaySound() API. Google it.
